The Scranton & Co 40W Sound Lectern offers outstanding audio performance and practical design for medium-sized venues such as meeting rooms or auditoriums. Constructed with high-pressure thermal-fused laminate on an MDF core, it features an elegant mahogany finish. The lectern includes a multimedia-enabled 40-watt amplifier supporting simultaneous use of two wired microphones and one optional wireless microphone. Accessories include a handheld mic with 9 ft cable, a tie-clip/lavalier mic with 10 ft cable, and a factory-installed gooseneck mic holder. An attractive brass lamp illuminates the spacious reading surface, which also integrates a surface-mounted digital timepiece for monitoring speech duration. Storage is provided by a 12" x 4" shelf space. The unit works via AC plug or optional PS12-V battery. For added mobility, the lectern is equipped with four concealed easy-roll casters. Ships fully assembled for immediate use.
