Radici USA - Castello Radici Pietro Industries & Brands S.p.A. (60 years old - 8/15/2012) is a large textile conglomerate with various offices and manufacturing facilities located throughout Italy. The Radici Group is a 60-year-old textile conglomerate headquartered near Bergamo, Italy with annual sales in excess of 2 billion dollars. The company is a worldwide leader in the Floor Covering Industry. The Radici Group operates 25 factories for the production of tufted and woven carpets, machine made area rugs, polymers and yarn, along with textile engineering products. Radici USA, Inc. is a subsidiary of Tappetificio Nazionale P. Radici S.p.A. that became operational in January of 1995. Initially, only machine made area rugs were marketed throughout the USA through the distribution facilities located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The facilities were expanded in 1999 to also include 100% wool woven carpet. Radici USA’s goal is focused on continued growth (market share) in area rugs as well as wool woven carpets to various groups of retailers throughout the USA.
