It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior the driver departing. For Basic Threshold Service, note that the shipment will not require a signature upon delivery.
For Back of Truck, Curbside and White Glove options, the merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature. If the packaging or merchandise appears damaged in any way, please note the damage on the delivery paperwork and refuse the shipment.
