Once the box is opened and the mattress is removed from its protective packaging, the mattress will begin its expansion process. Please allow at least 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand (actual expansion times may vary). We recommend that customers remove all covers and place the mattress in a well-ventilated warm area for at least 48 hours. The mattress should be flipped occasionally to promote even expansion on all sides. If one side has not fully expanded then we suggest that customers “fluff” up the mattress like a pillow to stimulate more air flow.
