To ensure a superior uniform color each door is assembled and hand finished and the entire storage cabinet gets a 10 step zero VOC emission polyurethane Cherry finish that is durable, beautiful, and resists stains for years. 2 adjustable shelves allow you to customize for short or tall items. Two fixed shelves offer extra support and structural reinforcement. Each shelf can hold 70lbs. of evenly distributed weight. Wood is sourced from the USA and assembled in Mexico. Our company is Plycraft Industries, and our sales entities are Concepts In Wood and A. Joffe Furniture. Our corporate headquarters are in the Los Angeles, California area. We started operations in the Los Angeles area in 1979. Prior to that period the company operated wood manufacturing and upholstery plants as well as a weaving plant in South Africa over a twenty-year period. Our company has a large facility (300,000 square feet and still growing) in Tijuana, Mexico. All goods are shipped from our San Diego Ca warehouse facility. All products are manufactured in a green atmosphere and UV finished which emits no VOC’s to the atmosphere. We are a major supplier to many companies and active on the Internet.
Our expertise is in working with wood, both solids and veneers: We do not do paper. We match and laminate all our own wood veneer and have supplied laminated wood veneer parts for a number of major furniture manufacturers over the years. We produce an extensive line of Bookcases, Home Office, Home Entertainment, and Storage items as well as Occasional furniture. We have been a supplier of record for several large national companies for over twenty years, manufacturing both RTA and set-up furniture. Our unique finishing systems are environmentally friendly and we run one of the lowest defective rates in the industry. Our flat finishing lines produce a beautiful polyurethane, UV cured finish that is environmentally friendly, very durable and resists stains.
