Since I've been working at home, sitting long hours without a desk riser, and putting on a bit of weight, for the first time in a decade I was hit with severe low back pain. I brought a Rocelco EADR2 sit-stand desk converter home, and started standing for part of the day just like I did at the office. That awful lower back pain is now almost gone, I'm back to my daily jogging, and that creeping weight gain has started to reverse itself.
